Paul Chatta and Butch Finley formed Cahaba Sales Group, Inc. in July of 2003. CSG began with the Greenlee Textron line in Alabama, northwest Florida, southern Georgia and northern Mississippi. Butch and Paul have over fifty years combined experience in the industry.

Butch Finley comes to CSG after seventeen years as the tool specialist for Mayer Electric in Birmingham.  In this position Butch provided sales support to the Alabama sales force on all tool lines.  This support included making end user calls on contractor and industrial customers, coordinating training, promotions, merchandising, and line selection.  Butch benefited from a number of factory product training sessions for products targeted to both the electrical and datacom markets.

Butch is responsible for representing CSG's lines in south Alabama and northwest Florida.

Paul Chatta comes to CSG after six years as the Greenlee territory manager for Alabama. In that position Paul was responsible for the sales and marketing of Greenlee electrical and data products for central and north Alabama.  Prior to joining Greenlee, Paul was employed by SquareD/Anderson, for twelve years, in a variety of sales and marketing positions. These positions included western region sales manager for both the utility and C/I markets and product manager for UL products.  Prior to SquareD/Anderson Paul was a buyer at Mayer Electric in Birmingham.

Paul is responsible for representing CSG's lines in north Alabama.

Brent Finley joined CSG on 4/1/06 after four years in engineering and non-destructive testing, where he worked as an inspector for Unified Testing Services and worked as a structural steel inspector and as a project manager for Professional Service Industries, a leading national geotechnical engineering firm.  Prior to Brent's employment in inspection he was with GSI, a firearms importer, for seven years & worked in sales.  While at GSI, Brent was responsible for all west coast accounts.  He exhibited and attended many trade shows nationally and in Europe.  Brent also assisted in the production of catalogs & the company website.

Brent is resposible for Alabama & Georgia accounts as the Lighting Specialist.

CSG acquired Housh & Associates on 4/1/06. Bill Housh operated his agency for over twenty-five years and has been in the electrical industry for forty-six years.  We're pleased that he has brought his skills and relationships to CSG.

Molly Miller has handled the inside sales duties for Housh & Associates for eighteen years. Molly has been a great addition to CSG.

Molly works inside sales in Birmingham.

Matt Badour joins Cahaba Sales Group with six years of electrical and industrial sales experience. Matt most recently was employed by Leviton as an inside sales representative and electrical distribution sales trainee. As part of Leviton’s sales training Matt had the opportunity to learn the distributor and contractor aspects of the industry by working in their businesses.  Prior to Leviton Matt was an outside salesman with Fastenal in Bluffton, SC calling on industrial and contractor accounts.  Matt is also an Army veteran who served with an Airborne Infantry platoon.

Matt is responsible for Georgia accounts, including accounts in metro Atlanta.

Craig Steiner joins Cahaba Sales Group with nineteen years construction sales experience.  Craig was most recently employed by IDEAL Industries as an area sales manager for the past three years.  Prior to that, he spent eight years with Metabo Power Tools and Abrasives calling on distribution as well as end-users including: electrical, mechanical and general contractors and industrial users.  Craig started his career with Norandex (manufacturer and distributor of exterior building products), where he spent four years calling on contractors and remodelers.

Craig is responsible for Georgia accounts, including accounts in metro Atlanta.
